At Ella's Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help and will do our best to resolve the situation.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and the original packaging intact.
Items that have been used, altered, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@ellasboutique.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer support team will provide detailed return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges when an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@ellasboutique.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Including photographs of the item may help us assess the situation more quickly.
